What we collect
Popular Car Wash collects personal information that you provide directly when signing up for Daily Wash Club, buying a gift card, or contacting us: name, email, phone, vehicle license plate (used to recognize Daily Wash Club members at the entry pad), and payment method. We also collect site analytics including IP address and browser type. We do not collect anything more than is necessary to operate our service.
How we use it
Personal information is used to provide the services you request: process Daily Wash Club memberships, recognize your vehicle at the entry pad, send membership receipts, and respond to inquiries. We do not sell personal information to third parties. We use service providers (payment processors, hosting providers, email senders) under contract who are bound to use information only for the purposes we direct.
License plate recognition
License plate cameras at our tunnel entry pads recognize Daily Wash Club member vehicles automatically. Plates of non-members are processed transiently and not retained. Member plate associations are stored to authorize wash entry and are deleted when membership is cancelled.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses cookies for session management, analytics, and to remember your preferences. We use standard analytics tools to understand site usage. You can disable cookies via your browser, though some features may not work without them.
