You can cancel anytime from the account portal at devshop.popularcarwash.ca, by phone at +1 (647) 405-7741, or in person at any Popular Car Wash location. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no further charges, no refund of the current period.

Vehicle recognition

Daily Wash Club membership is tied to one or more vehicles by license plate. Adding or removing vehicles from your membership is done via the account portal. Family Plan vehicles must be on the same household account.

Wash quality guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a wash, notify staff at the location before leaving and we will re-wash your vehicle at no charge. Damage claims must be reported before leaving the location with photo evidence to be considered.

Vehicle eligibility

Tunnel washes are designed for standard passenger vehicles. Oversized vehicles, modified vehicles with non-standard mirrors or accessories, motorcycles, and vehicles with loose parts may be ineligible at staff discretion. Customer is responsible for tying down loose accessories before entering the tunnel.

Gift cards and wash books

Gift cards do not expire. Wash books are valid 1 year from purchase. Both are transferable but not redeemable for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards / wash books cannot be replaced unless registered to an account.

Pricing

Prices subject to change. Daily Wash Club members will receive 30 days notice of any tier-price increase via email and may cancel before the increase takes effect.

Limitation of liability

Popular Car Wash is not liable for damage to vehicles caused by pre-existing conditions, modifications, failure to retract antennas / mirrors, or failure to follow staff instructions. Liability for damage caused by Popular Car Wash equipment is limited to the cost of repair, reported before leaving the site.
